So I have been hearing bad things from my hippy friends about nalgene bottles recently, but I decided it was no big deal. But I can’t ignore it anymore.
This article, released Sept. 16 by the Tribune, which revealed a study that shows some links between Bisphenol A and a list of ailments including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and liver-enzyme abnormalities in adults. Bisphenol A is in hundreds of products made with polycarbonate such as baby bottles, sippy cups and, yes, Nalgene bottles.
So I knew this stuff was bad, but I after hearing a scientific study list it as dangerous means that I can’t ignore it anymore.
Bye bye Nalgene bottle. I’ll miss you.
